Request Samsung icemaker repair/replace and repair handle on door.Fedelity home warranty has Failed to fix appliance or even credit my $75 deductible over past month.Ive been unable to speak to customer service. Ive been on hold on phone call ins over an hour , then disconnected. Im so disappointed that the full year wAs paid for. When I speak to them , I may try to get the unused monies back to get another home warranty

If you like being ignored... this is the home warrenty for you

I've been with Fidelity National Home Warranty going on 6 years and this is the worst service year I've experienced. My dishwasher went out, I called for service on 6/8/2022.

The service repairman came out promptly and stated I needed a part.

Soon after that I was told the repairman would order the part. It's been over a month and still no part, no repair, no update.

The 1-80*-***-**** customer service line is a joke. Their first training class must be titled "Apology 101" after a long wait just to speak to someone (30-45 min) customer services doesn't really tell you much more than you already know.

I reached out to my service worker twice Kesna only to be ignored again. Why give people phone numbers to contact them if they don't return phone calls.

I don't know about you but when I pay for a home warranty I would like it to help when I need it to.

It should be a collaboration, I need help and they are paid to help me promptly, efficiently and communicate every step of the way.

I'm definitely going to look for another home warranty plan because I'm truly getting tired of washing dishes and seeing a dishwasher only a few years old staring at me & laughing.

Ac broken

No one has called back. Its been over a week. I live in Arizona where it currently is 110-115 degrees. Ive called every day and each day is something different and another excuse why it hasnt been fixed. Worst home warranty company. I will not be renewing my warranty with them.

Worst experience with any business since ATT.

We purchased our home and were required to get a home warranty due to downpayment assistance program. We decided on Fidelity as it was the more expensive option so we figured it would have better service.

Since we bought the warranty our AC and washing machine have failed. Neither were covered due to supposedly being damaged prior to acquiring the warranty. Then they charged us $85 for each service call. The service call consisted of a tech coming out to gather evidence to use against so when they enviably deny our claim.

Both were working perfectly prior to failure. Now we have $170 is service call fees and we literally paid for them to send someone out to find a way for them to weasel out of covering our appliance. DONT FALL FOR THE WONDERFUL SALES REPS! They talk a wonderful game and then deliver nothing after you purchased the warranty.

Customer service is outsourced to the lowest bidder overseas. Horrible in every respect.

Research before you buy a home warranty and throw your money away. There is a reason Fidelity is so incredibly profitable.

Your customer service and your warranty is the worst ever. 111 degrees and my ac not working, with medical issues and also, my 86 year old mother with no ac, is not considered an emergency. Mom had to go to er for heat exhaustion and I can't breathe correctly. Still waiting just for a call from an ac co. Just look at other reviews and my remarks are about the samdot use them for warrantynoe.

On May 12, 2022 you sent me a message for a second option in the repair of the Air Conditioning of my home and for that reason I sent you an Estimate of the ELMERS Company A / C in which they give me an Estimate of 4,182.27 dollars, you told me that Fidelity National Home Insurance covered only the amount of $1,500 dollars for which I agree to pay the rest of $ 4,182.27 dollars, I urgently send a quick response for the repair of my Air Conditioner. I would appreciate it if you send me the approval and the check for that amount, then I will send you the invoice issued by ELMERS Company A / C or if you want me to send it to you before, I will gladly do it.

Plumbing issue

My Sprinkler system module is damaged outside. It wasn't fix prior to me purchasing. I paid $174.60 to have one pump fix. If the other work needs to be done, it will cost me $1500.00 Mile High Sprinkler is doingnthe work.

AC wasnt blowing cold air, I called and was answered immediately. The questions I had were answered in a timely professional manner and the order was placed for what was needed. I was also given the vendors name and phone number if I wanted to expedite the order.
