It has been a month since the request from Fidelity Home Insurance (V98597) & West Coast Repair (WO#679838) The repair request additional modification payment required and authorization was provided on Friday. I called Saturday to follow up and I was told someone will call me.
No one did. I called Monday to follow up and I was told someone will call me. No one did.
I called yesterday to follow up and I was told someone will call me. No one did.
If someone can skip promising to call me and just have this done please.
