Washer is broken

No representative has ever gotten back in the past week. When calling and placed on hold, for over an hour...answered...say they cannot hear, hang up and heard them laughing in the background. Have never had these issues with Fidelity...need someone to contact us immediately.

We have had your technicians go out to the property three times to repair an AC Unit - after they leave the unit fails again. Why can't they fix the problem - very frustrating, and I get no feedback from anyone concerning what they did, or resolved. Bad News...

Broken Unit Not Fixed or Replaced for 5 months

I placed a service claim on January 2021 for the central heater units not functioning. Despite repeated claims for the same issues and they kept sending different service companies for diagnosis, it is May 2021, they still can't fix or replace the unit. It is for my elder parents' condo, and they had to put up with their small portable heater from Jan~ for a couple of months. It is a horrible company. I strongly recommend not to get a contract with them if you have any choice.

Horrible Customer service

Customer service reps, even sales agents, are rude. I spent literally 3 hours on the phone today trying to get to a supervisor to remove a service charge for a repeat service call for a problem that was not fixed the first time. When we finally got "Nicholas" on the phone, he was out right rude to my husband. He finally got the service charge removed but was sarcastic stating "I fixed it like I said I would."

Can get through to order a service request

I have tried to get through on the phone and online. Online system will not let me log in, and have been on the phone for several hours waiting for someone to pick up. My A/C is out and it's 115' here in Redding Ca.

Broken AC since June 14 I’m in a hotel and still Fidelity and Fact HVAC still have no day or time when they can repair I have been a client fir 17 years customer Service is awful

Fidelity cannot be reached by phone. They sent a repair service here but have not heard from anyone in weeks.

Quality of service

I have been with FNHW for 12 years. I am a homeowner and Realtor whom have referred business / New Service to FNHW for 12 years or more. I simply have attempted to make a call to address a resolution from service. No one knows anything. And the numerous transfers led only to music in the phone.

Lack of customer service

On hold from 10:40 am until 1:50 pm and after getting a live person (call center person who has ZERO authority) was transferred by the call center person to the resolution department where I spent another hour &;;;;;;;;;;;; ten minutes on hold and nobody answered. Two years now have been trying to get an ice maker fixed.

FHW-unable to fulfill emergency issue which is what they advertise they are capable of

Garage door spring broke on the weekend Saturday morning placed a service request online. It was dispatched to a vendor. However that vendor does not have a weekend crew. 4 calls to FHW I had to explain to the FHW rep each time the situation, no record of previous calls, reading from a script. I have to go to work and unable to get cars out of garage.

Air conditioning not working properly

Fidelity National Home Warranty never answered. I called them to see if they can send someone to fix my AC and they never answered.

I have had the worst service and cannot speak to anyone. J&R appliances came twice and did nothing to fix the problem and made it worse then were no shows.

Horrible! I'm left on hold forever, then it goes silent or disconnects: I want all of my money back!
